Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us! We work hard to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship to all U.S. states. Typical delivery times (after processing) are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if offered): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package size

  • Delivery address

  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; these will be automatically applied if your order qualifies.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if enabled).
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Mighty Chewz is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Additional fees incurred to reroute packages

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We do our best to assist, but Mighty Chewz is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost or stolen after delivery

  • Damaged due to carrier mishandling

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
We are happy to help initiate a claim on your behalf if needed.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to:

  • U.S. territories (unless special arrangements are made)

  • P.O. boxes for certain bulky items (depends on carrier)

Some products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or materials.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can be made before the order ships.
Once an order is in transit, changes cannot be made.


9. Preorders or Backorders (If Applicable)

If an item is on preorder or backorder:

  • Shipping may be delayed

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page

  • Your card may be authorized at checkout, depending on platform settings
